“Place and time are so very meaningless”
Richard Bach, Jonathan Livingston Seagull
One Moment in Time
At one moment in one hour, on one day during
A month
Something happens to a person
That makes him want to give up everything
It makes him questions his activities, his life…
It’s so strange!
This moment in time can visit you anytime
Anywhere and for any reason
This moment in time is unbounded by any constraints
Such that what one can do every day and believe in
Could evaporate once that person is exposed
Exposed to reality: naked danger
In front of this unclothed danger you are a nobody
It scares you to the extent that you want
To hide, but where?
You can hide in a fantasy, in a dream
But at one moment in reality will bite you
It will suddenly and surely wake you up
Up from your dream where you laughed
At the face of this naked danger, but
In reality you cry at its face
At one moment in time one stops
To reflect on his experience
On his dreams, aspirations
Moreover his direction in life
Is it the right path?
Is there any right path?
This reflecting drags one into a
Whirlwind of thinking
All at one moment in time
