The Leadership Institute at MAF is one of the instruments to develop its employees, which Nadine had the honor of being in its faculty. She facilitated leadership programs for young talent that lasted over a 6-month program both in person and virtual delivery. She also steered online workshops ranging from resilience, feedback, courageous conversations and development conversations.
